CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

Bookings are made firm on receipt reservation form and nonreturnable deposit. Telephone reservations must be guaranteed with a Credit Card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Solo, Switch and Maestro. Cheques should be made payable to PANORAMA HOTEL.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellation, should notification be received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, or in the event of a non-arrival or curtailment of stay, reservations must regretfully be charged in full unless we are able to re-let the room. We regret that no refund is possible for any meals not taken under the Bed & Breakfast terms.

Rooms are available from 2:30pm on day of arrival, but guests are welcome to arrive before this time. Please inform us if your expected time of arrival is later than 6:00pm as rooms may be re-let if occupation is not taken up by that time.
